About Unorthadox

Formed early 2023, Unorthadox are a UK based grunge-punk 3 piece band.  Influenced by vintage punk such as Minor threat, Misfits, Sex pistols and the Ramones, they take that and throw on it on its arse by mixing it with the raw heavy sound of grunge, shoegaze and among other things, that you'll just have to listen out for hm. They always express themselves how they need whether thats a serious issue, taking the piss, getting a bit soppy thats up them innit. Deep down they're sweethearts, we hope x

 

Quick to gain a reputation for their chaotic performances and stage banter as well as their catchy song-writing and blistering fast paced music. Merely a month after forming they were playing legendary venues such as the Pavillion Theater, Brighton Komedia and Amersham arms and more. 

 

Soon after they release their debut single a few months after formation which took form as a demo of their song 07 (Call me). Once they got adept in the studio, Soon after came Went on tour and Trick or treat. Eventually they landed themselves in a proper good studio and weren't recording DIY for once and made their first EP called Braindead.

Unorthadox have now played nearly 100 shows and are always down to make noise whenever and wherever.
